This study illustrates the sound reasons why Japan must keep alive her spirit of nationalism through power. If the Empire is to endure it must do so through strength rather than weakness. Military leaders have deliberately planned and put into operation a system of moral training for the youth of the Empire which bids fair to accomplish more than was intended in the beginning.
