The present research proposes psycho-pedagogical counseling for the development of interpersonal communication of the student with cochlear implant in the Iván Rodríguez educational institution in Guantánamo province. The actions contribute to the preparation of teachers to develop interpersonal communication in the student with cochlear implant. From a dialectical materialist approach theoretical empirical and percentage calculation methods were used to guarantee the execution of the research process carrying out the diagnosis of the preparation of teachers for the development of interpersonal communication of the student with cochlear implant. Psychopedagogical counseling actions are proposed for the development of interpersonal communication of the student with cochlear implant in the Iván Rodríguez educational institution in Guantánamo. The evaluation of the results shows its effectiveness in the increase of communicative abilities evidenced through the implementation of the actions.
