Psychosocial risk factors

This study described the most prevalent psychosocial risk factors and determined the level of maturity of their Management Systems in companies of the tourism sector in Monteria and also analyzed the possible relationship between psychosocial risk factors and the level of maturity of the Integrated Management Systems by means of structural equation modeling (SEM). The FPSICO 4.0 instruments that measured the Psychosocial Risk Factors and the 21-item instrument that measured the Maturity Level were used.
