Public Administration

Public Administration means service on the basis that the work of management based on service to the others or through the management to the performance of the service so that management becomes a vital ongoing activity to serve the community and satisfy the needs of its members as a part of the community in which they live. It defines relationships between individuals and directed their efforts and guides them for access to a particular goal. Thus the administration means the directed activity towards providing of fruitful cooperation and effective coordination between different human efforts who are working in order to achieve a particular goal with a high degree of efficiency.
