Public Administration

Public Administration is a universal practice and of universal importance in government. It exists whenever people cooperate to achieve organizational goals and the achievements require planning organizing directing cooperation and control. Hence Public Administration is considered both a field of action and a field of study. As a field of action public administration refers to the mechanics and structures through which government policies are implemented.
