Public Finance 5th Ed

In this edition new matter has been added in a number of chapters particularly in Part Two. Latest data have been given. Changes in the public finance policy necessitated by post 1991 economic reforms have been included at relevant places in various chapters. Chapter 40 has been rewritten after including the Government of India Budget for 2008-09.
