Public Health and Human Capital

This research sheds light onto the role of human capital investments role for the economic growth. Human capital involves public health and education. The research constructs econometric model using Turkish Republic health statistics. Public health investments facilitate sustainable economic growth and increase the life quality of the households. From OECD statistics it is seen that the countries which have higher rate of investment in public health services have higher GDP.
