Public land transportation policies and Peruvian regulations

The article presents as objective to evidence the public policies of transportation carried out by the Peruvian State and the norms published for the application of such policies during the period of national emergency declared by means of D.S. Nº 008-2020-SA dated March 11 2020 as amended. Through these norms public policies were applied that seek a new form for the social coexistence of the citizens where differentiated actions were adopted in relation to the measures of non-mobilization due to the high indexes that were presented because of the contagion and the imminent spread of COVID-19. The study is of mixed approach the technique used was the documentary review and the instrument used was the analysis matrix where it was convenient to record the land transportation regulations published during the sanitary crisis for the application of public policies.
