In the last 30 years in conjunction with the neoliberal wave cooperativism suffered deep transformations where the market and the neoliberal logic were imposed in practically all social and economic orders. Currently public policies associated with the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) in Argentina are presented in a complex and heterogeneous way. From policies focused on the sector to transversal policies and actions that involve different dependencies both horizontally (between Ministries) vertically (Ministries and Secretariats) and governmental (nation provinces municipalities) making their descriptive representation difficult. In this framework this book focuses on identifying and describing the public policies that the Government of the Province of Santa Fe has implemented in the city of Santa Fe between 2012 and 2019 and that have had as recipients 3 worker cooperatives in that locality. These public actions are considered tools that strengthen and contribute to the welfare of the worker cooperative sector belonging to the field of Social Economy.
