About 95% of children with high abilities are not identified. Therefore it is necessary to know each and every one of the tools that exist for the detection and evaluation of these students. In addition to this it is necessary to know each and every one of the characteristics of this type of students in order to offer the best possible quality of education in our classrooms. In the development of this book we will clarify a series of concepts in order to better understand the type of evaluation that should be carried out as well as the proposal that we will develop later to intervene in the classroom with these children and achieve the desired objectives with them.
