Purifier Summary

I asked one of my friends who is in his 60s and leads 70- and 80-year-olds in encounter groups what kind of change is he feeling from your experiences? And he sent me the following very interesting summary: After loving others I have begun to love myself I have just realized that I am not the one holding up the world right now writing to you I have stopped bargaining I pay the taxi driver without waiting for change I will not tire of listening to old people their same stories over and over again I have learned to correct people even when they allow it I give compliments freely and generously I have learned not to get upset about anything I distance myself from those who do not value me I am learning not to feel ashamed of my emotions I have learned that it is better to drop my ego than to break a relationship I have learned to live in the present I do what makes me happy I value my friends even if they were few and I decided to share this because I believe that you don't have to get old to think this way....That's why we agree to thank our best friends who educated us in LOVE: our parents!
