Purposely Broken: A Communion with God to Understand Me What a beautiful concept: brokenness! The idea of brokenness has a stigma of disgrace and separation from God. We make it seem as though God has turned His back on us. We have the illusion and thought that brokenness reveals how God views us. Why do we view discomfort as a punishment when it is part of life! I want to introduce to you the idea that brokenness as strength and hope. I know that God causes uneasiness to eliminate us from settling for the status quo. It is our opportunity to obey the leading of God when He introduces brokenness in our lives.
