<p><strong style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>The PROBLEM:</strong><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)> </span><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>There is no growth in African American entrepreneurship growth in the Management of Companies &amp; Enterprise (MCE) business sector in a 5-year study. There are low Black entrepreneurship participation rates in the MCE business sector and other high revenue-generating industries compared to other non-ethnic and ethnic groups.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>The PURPOSE:</strong><span> Determine if certain executive leadership skills exist for Black entrepreneurs or identify a Unique Executive Leadership Skillset (UELS).</span></p><p></p><p><strong>The SIGNIFICANCE:</strong> Assist with reducing large disparities with other ethnic and non-ethnic groups with the servant leadership style.</p><p></p><p><strong>CONCLUSION: </strong>Main executive leadership skills are discovered with cultural and external factors and servant leadership.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
