Quality of Work Life ��� an Empirical Approach

QWL inside organization is defined as level to which the working people feel relaxed and enjoy work life. It is a level of good work condition which exists in the company. The employees experience about their work life i.e. the level of happiness inspiration participation and involvement the individuals feel is referred as QWL. It refers to how well employees are able to meet their basic personal requirements while working for the company. Quality of work life is a multi dimensional concept which deals with job involvement job satisfaction productivity motivation health and security job safety capability development &work-life balance.
