Quality of Work Life with Respect to Gender in Healthcare Organization

Quality of work life has become an increasingly important issue in the healthcare organizations. In this context healthcare organizations have to provide a better working environment for its employees to positive outcomes. The goal of this study is to examine quality of work life of employees with respect to gender in healthcare organizations. This study also introduce the nature of quality of work life identify the dimensions of quality of work life make possible suggestions to improve the quality of work life. It is hope that the research book will provide contribute to the theoretical and practical underpinnings of quality of work life for healthcare organizations.
