QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES

This monograph explores the scientific foundations modern development trends and the national perspective of quantum technologies with particular attention to Uzbekistan. It examines the historical emergence of quantum mechanics through landmark experiments and theoretical breakthroughs and analyzes how these have shaped the second generation of quantum technologies including quantum computing communication cryptography and sensing. The study highlights the transformative role of quantum innovations in the economy healthcare energy and information security supported by global market statistics and current research. Special emphasis is placed on Uzbekistan's initiatives such as the establishment of the Samarkand Quantum Center academic programs and international collaborations which position the country within the global quantum research landscape.
