Quasi-absolute freedom of testament

This book analyzes the Institute of legitimate succession in Argentina its nature and evolution the reasons for its implementation making a comparison with the legal system of the countries of Mexico and Costa Rica which receive a quasi-absolute freedom of testament only subject to a duty of assistance and solidarity its impact on the constitutional law of Argentine property demonstrating an inclination on the part of the doctrine towards a greater freedom of testament which is still restricted.
