Queen 19 Dancing Between the Human and the Being

This book is about my alternate approach to dealing with and overcoming stage 4 breast cancer. After being diagnosed with this dreadful disease I realized that the only way out was in. I had taken the usual route of western treatments chemotherapy radiation and oral medications I found though that these treatments were even worse than the disease itself and I could feel myself slipping further away. It was at this point and in fear and desperation I turned to the more traditional methods of self-healing. Unable to work and severely compromised by the covid pandemic I spent my time looking for different ways to help with my incurable condition. I would spend hours perusing the internet for any information I could find. I discovered that there was a plethora of wisdom spirituality (And empirical research) that I had no previous understanding of. My ride into myself became my only focus it had to be. I learned the art of meditation and being present in every moment (Mindfulness) listening to my true self my deeper self that I had never taken time to explore before for the first time I was feeling essence of my body. I realized that the life I had been leading was so busy and bogged down with responsibilities commitments and unresolved childhood traumas I had a very real disconnect between my mind body and spirit. The practices that I have learned and outline in this book are the tools I have used to heal myself from this insidious disease I have stopped all treatments and I am now totally cancer free. I am not advocating for anyone to deny or ignore conventional methods of treatment I am just offering to you all my positive experiences of self-discovery and self-healing.
