Quick Shot

During the aftermath he is charged with murder for the killing of an undercover agent through the chaos of the robbery. After spending years in Prison he is approached by Colonel Lee the leader of a highly advanced military organization in exchange for his freedom. Throughout all the centuries of war Vincent is the first of his kind to go through the process of evolution. With the power to slow down time and shoot at impossible targets he navigates a new purpose in life besides the life he's always known.</span></p>
