Dick Willan was the beloved father and grandfather of alarge family living in a home that he built alongside thelargest recreational lake in Cape Town South Africa.Four decades after his death two folders of typewrittenmanuscripts were found by one of his grand-daughtersamong the possessions of her late mother. They provedto be a large collection of poems that were written bythe patriarch of the family on a wide range of subjects.This book comprises that collection of poems and hasbeen produced by the grand-children of Dick and KathWillan in memory of their beloved grandparents.
