There are certain places on this planet that you just gotta skate and fifteen-year old Josh Strong knows he has to get to Woodward Skate Camp but getting there proves to be an obstacle course in itself. Never mind that he has to raise half the camp fee himself but the city skatepark is being invaded by BMX bikers the new cop in town hates skaters a twenty-four year old woman is hitting on him and he falls for a biker chick. It's a coming of age story really about a boy some girls an older woman a cop the city council a bank robber dreams cancer and the sickest skate camp on the face of this planet.
