Frank McArthur Jr. PhD was in education. His last 30 years were in university teaching and administration. He served as a Professor Chairman of a Music Department Dean of a School of Arts and Sciences and a university Vice president of Academic Affairs.</p><p>For forty-two years W. Frank McArthur Jr. PhD served as a church choir director. He has been married for sixty-four years and has two children who are doctors. He is also a proud grandparent of eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.</p>
