Raising Kings

The poems reflect the struggles plaguing African American men while commending their strength and resilience. The poems celebrate culture family and unity and the importance of black men embracing the King inside them. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(68 68 68 1)>Raising Kings is the third poetry book by Author Sharika K. Forde the mother of four sons. She has also published a memoir and a collection of children's books inspired by her grandkids. Her son Jaquan has also contributed his poetry to Raising Kings.</span></p>
