About The Book
Description
Author
In this book we have tried to view Rama & Hanuman with a slightly different angle which has not been explored as much as it should have been i e their professional management skills. A lot has been said about the philosophy of Krishna & Geeta for professional management. As far as Rama is concerned we have in general confined him as an ideal of maryada only which might be applicable in Satya Yug or Treta Yug the period of Rama but is impractical in modern days of so called professionalism or KalYug. Here we have tried to prove that Rama and Hanuman were the professional management experts Gurus and all the decisions and philosophy followed by them was based on scientific logical and management principles which are very much true even today. Incidentally none of them ever showed or used any supernatural powers of being Gods but behaved like a normal human being all the time. In one line we can say in very simple language that Ramas wife was kidnapped by the most powerful king on the earth at that time. Rama being in exile had no infrastructure no means to search her and recover his wife from that powerful king. He had no army no money or anything else. But using his professional management skills of leadership statesmanship diplomacy motivational skills etc developed a huge powerful army of unknown bears and monkeys and motivated them to that level that they were ready to fight and even lay down their lives for him bare footed bare hands against the most powerful trained army equipped with the most dreaded arms and ammunition raths horses elephants etc. They not only fought but won the battle for him. During all this Rama or Hanuman never ever used their supernatural powers of being God or bhrum. The book has been designed like a management book covering all the areas of personal management and administration like - Leadership Decision making Grievance Redressal reward & compensation Temperament Stress management etc. Various instances ( dohas chopais and sholokas ) have been quoted to support Ramcharitmanas Ramayana & Geeta. As case study Bharat Angad and Arjuna have been discussed.
