<p>This Journal contains outline of Rama-Shatnamavalih (Rama-108-Names) around which Rama Name can be written. Also Transliteration & Translation of Rama-Shatnamavalih Verses is provided on pages.The full text is also repeated at the end with Translation.</p><p>A grid of 21 by 48 (1008 boxes) is provided for the user to be able to write a thousand R��ma Names per page. With 108 pages to write upon and with space for 1008 names per page users can write the 100000 R��ma Names in this Journal.</p><p>R��ma-Japa—the constant repetition of the Supreme Mantra Rama—is usually done mentally or on a rosary; but there is one extremely efficacious method of this Japa: the Likhita-Japa.
