About the Book: As the title alludes the book presents the author's 'random thoughts' from a 'rational' perspective. It starts with the analysis of planar vs. 3-d images for advertisement. The author establishes that inanimate objects are INTELLIGENT. He wonders at the UNLEARNT skill of birds at nest-building and spider at net-weaving. He discusses Nature's follies. Ants are 'FASTER' sprinters than cheetahs. Dementia/ Alzheimer's can be prevented. Theory of RE-BIRTH is logically deduced. Tackling terrorism is discussed. Casteism in Hinduism minus the social hierarchy is supported. Devaswam Dept's non-interest to rule over non-Hindu worshipping places is condemned. In the Malayalam section the author argues how Malayalam is the language MOST linked to Sanskrit. Ways are proposed to make Malayalam 100% phonetic. The book concludes with a Hindi article where a reformed National Anthem that covers the ENTIRE Nation is proposed. About the Author: Prof. TKP Nair 85 hails from Kerala India. He is MSc in Physics and MTech from IITD in Electrical Engg. He is Fellow of IEI ITEI and Senior Member of CSI. He served DRDO Ministry of Defence for 36 years with major part of his career in 'APJ Abdul Kalam Missile Complex' Hyderabad. He was in Dr. Kalam's team for nearly 2 decades as a senior member. After retirement he served as Professor and Dean at Engineering Staff College of India (IEI) Hyderabad. While in DRDO he had been trained at IITB IITK IITM IISc IIQM IIMA ASCI etc.. He was trained abroad in France Germany & Netherlands. After retirement he expanded his fields of interest doing a 4-semester course in Sanskrit from Seva Bharati securing Kovida in Uththama grade. He underwent training in Carnatic music. He is a Karaoke singer. He is also a portrait painter and cartoonist.
