Rape is one such act done by the perverted mentality of our society which pollutes the society. There is not a day when the newspaper does not write about rape. The main reason for such incidents of rape is the loss of fear of the law and God among the people .To create a sense of fear among the people to reduce such crime . Thousands of rape case buried in the courts . The process of justice in the country has become so complicated that people started getting frustrated. Today rape cases will have to be settled at the earliest only then there is a fear of law  among the criminals and then he will think a hundred times before commiting a crime like rape
