Ras gene study in Tunisian CML patients

About The Book

Despite the importance of RAS family genes in cancer oncogenesis there are no Tunisian studies that have investigated these genes in association with CML. Worldwide there is great ambiguity regarding the mutational spectrum of the K-ras and N-ras genes in CML. We therefore propose to analyze the prevalence of K-ras and N-ras mutations in Tunisian CML patients. In addition we plan to correlate molecular data with clinical parameters.
