This Leadership Workshop is about becoming Educated to Lead; Empowered to be a Leader and Equipped for Leadership! Ministers in Training are Shifters (MITS) are always on assignment alert for any situation and in the right area to serve as a leader. Leadership failures and lack of integrity will affect the pews movement. PEWs are Perfected Edified and Working Saints fulfilling the appointments of the Lord. A catastrophic leader will cause a reproach on the body of Christ and the local church. Therefore as a leader we must have these characteristics and ethical qualities for leadership - Accountability Confidentiality Quality Reliability Sensibility Spirituality and Integrity.There is a sifting that is taking place and YOU as a leader are shifted. You will change atmospheres and will help to equip build and mature people based on Ephesians 4:11-13 causing them to go grow and glow in their walk with the Lord.This workshop will awaken the miracle within that will cause you to move forward to lead be more effective and become empowered and excellent in your position called leadership.
