For example if your Mother was a depressed overweight person chances are that you also be programmed to be depressed and overweight. To live a long rich rewarding life you need to reprogram your mind to take control of your life. To have a long rich and rewarding life you need to look outside the box and look at the world for what it really is. You personally have control over what you want it to be.
