Real-Time Image Upscaling Using Distributed Environment

For up-scaling the image should be down-sampled to generate low-resolution image and then the image is to be up scaled. The system also generates low-resolution image in a distributed environment. This environment minimizes the time required for LR image generation. Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) is used for performance analysis of an up scaled image. Higher the PSNR value higher will be the quality of an image.
