<p>I never thought I'd end up back here-standing on my grandmother's old porch in the thick of a Tennessee summer pretending I'm just here to unwind to breathe. But let's be real: I'm not exactly the picture of serenity. Boston wore me down chewed me up and I guess... I ran. I didn't expect to find Clayton Davis waiting all rugged confidence and familiar warmth reminding me of everything I left behind and of course everything I tried to forget. He's the boy who dared me to jump off cliffs and into lakes who could make me laugh until I felt dizzy. Only now he's not that boy anymore. He's something much more complicated-and trust me so am I. As our paths wind together again the familiar pull between us is as impossible to ignore as it is to make sense of. This time we're grown-ups with pasts regrets and let's say... a questionable ability to resist a little trouble. But when it comes to facing what brought us back together will we be bold enough to untangle the past or are we doomed to repeat it?</p>
