Recommendations for design and construction of cold rooms

Given the importance of cold rooms in the trade of the region this book addresses the damage they suffer from its most hidden inside such as the structure and internal molecules of this to the design and construction of a real case located in the city of Hermosillo Mexico. So the experience of restoring a damaged cold room its commissioning and the design and development of a new cold room will reveal the effectiveness performance and quality of the design and construction process proposed in this document.
