Saffell who was counselor and agent for Revolutionary War pension claims also includes lists of distinguished prisoners Half-Pay Acts of the Continental Congress Revolutionary pension laws and a list of the officers of the Continental Army who acquired the right to half-pay commutation and lands. Contains data not found anywhere else.
