Unemployment was a serious problem for the nation before four decades but today the nation faces another problem in terms of employment the “underemployment” or unmatched job profiles. Either the individuals have problem in finding the right job or the employers fill the vacancies with unmatched employee profile. “Right man for the Right job” is a concept which is becoming very difficult for implementing in today’s corporate. This study is an attempt by the researcher in linking the recruiters and the unemployed graduates in the market. The study highlights about the recruiters expectations from the Engineering graduates and Engineering Institutions in Tamilnadu India.
