Recruiting Unskilled Labor. A Specific Issue in the Manufacturing Industry

Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2017 in the subject Business economics - Industrial Management University of Central Missouri course: MASTERS language: English abstract: This research is about the issues relating to the recruitment of unskilled labor a specific challenge faced by today's manufacturing industries. The investigation enumerates the general factors that cause the shortage of getting skilled workforces based on the work environment pay scale and the position of the economy at present. A brief discussion in this work presents how manufacturers have avoided such issues through out-sourcing their work. With the exception of outsourcing activity some profound solutions are explained by considering personal experience in these areas for this specific issue.
