Dr Nilambara is an Assistant Professor of management. She lives in the Delhi NCR with. Wife of a serving Army officer Dr Nilambara has taken every challenges of life upfront. She is determined to live up to the expectations of her grand father who was an acclaimed writer of Hindi literature the Radhakrishan Ji (1910-1979). She is Doctorate in Human Resource Management; an alumnus from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. She did lecturership with some renowned Universities/ College. Presently she is an Assistant Professor of management at Army Institute of Management & Technology. She now writes part-time. With her regular contribution to the academic field in management she is the recipient of several awards including the Award of Certificate of Excellence for academic year 2017-18 given by MIET Jammu University J& K; Awarded most innovative research paper at Prestige Institute of Engineering Management and Research Indore; Also conducted International conference on innovative application of emerging technologies and management. She believes that writing can change the world and she uses it to inspire and empower young people simultaneously contributing her bit in policy-making on the subject through her excellent aptitude in writing workshop research work & related papers.
