<h1 class=ql-align-center><strong>America is in crisis! </strong></h1><p>With the end of the Cold War the United States emerged as a hegemonic power with total political military and economic strength unequal by any other nation. The attack of September 11th propelled the US into twenty years of perpetual conflict across the Middle East but especially in Iraq and Afghanistan.
