<p>Reflect & Expand is a collection of 12 original poems and photographs as well as accompanying prompts to use in journaling meditation and/or conversation. The collection invites readers to explore universal themes we all experience as part of our humanity including being present in our lives moving out of comfort and familiarity into the unknown letting go of control facing our shadows living an authentic and meaningful life and more. The book is designed so that the reflections can be used in a linear or non-linear way on a monthly or weekly basis or all at once depending on how individual readers choose to interact with the book. As a poet an artist and a therapist Emily Bowman understands the power of language images and reflection in connecting to our inner wisdom. Through the poems photographs and prompts in this book she gently guides readers toward a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with the world around them while also providing opportunities and inspiration for growth and expansion. The book can also be used as a reflective journal as it contains blank pages for recording responses to prompts.</p>
