Reflections from a Symphony in Silence

Written in four movements ~ Arrive Aware Serene Renew ~ Reflections invites you to experience a retreat of your own as you journey through this collection of poetry and pictures. </p><p><br></p><p>A bit from within:</p><p>~~ Here</p><p>where sounds of silence</p><p>serenade my soul </p><p>my pulse slows.</p><p><br></p><p>Breath slides deeper</p><p>nudges my heart awake.</p><p><br></p><p>In a world where more is better and less is less</p><p><br></p><p>Here</p><p>there's none of that</p><p>and all of this.</p><p><br></p><p>Here</p><p>land becomes sanctuary</p><p>for souls longing to remember</p><p>the why of it all in a world of just too much</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Earth stirs the author's curiosity as she listens to what she hears and narrates what she sees. When asked why she responds I am not Mother Earth but I can mother this earth through words and invitation to show her I care. When I return to the land I feel most at home within me. Our world is noisy. I wrote this for you as a way to remember what is often drowned by sound but is always just a pause and breath away.</p>
