This book a collection of my articles published in Reflections. Live Website and other platforms and views mainly focuses on modern-day Socio-cultural and political concerns which if addressed wisely with prudent awareness can be controlled and vanquished towards building a better and harmonious society. I hope that my views and opinions will enlighten at least a few noble minds who intend to bestow on us “GOOD GOVERNANCE”. As an educationist and a free thinker I do witness drastic changes in our social and political system; which have stirred a deep sense of resentment within me. I have tried to portray a sincere reflection of our existing system based on facts analysis and possible reforms which if executed can help us to create a harmonious tomorrow. The Forword was written by Mr. Sarwat Hussain of my Ex-ICRISAT colleague and he is no more now and I wish to dedicate my book to him. He is a perfect example of how to become successful in our endeavors started a secretary job with ICRISAT in Resource management Programme and elevated as International Development and Strategic Communications Consultant at World Bank Washington DC.
