Refrain from Silence

Refrain From Silence might be one of my poetry collection that I can say I am very proud of. It's purpose is to allow a person of any age to be able to release their inner passages and simply just spit them all out whether it's too truthful to hurt. When refraining from silence don't let fear overtake you because when fear reigns over you you become it; fear. So many people tend to just keep stuff to themselves I respect that but sometimes the same passages you keep to yourself ends up eating you up softly and slowly. You will feel relieved afterwards you will then refresh your mind and flesh to be able to inhale in new passages so then you can spit them out no matter how bad or good are.
