In today''s globalized world multiple possibilities for development are intertwined; such circumstances demand an almost inevitable synergy between the factors of production the business catalysts (Workers) and their social organizations (Unions) to achieve success; unavoidably and almost immediately goals such as overcoming historical crises raise the future potential of the Region. Latin America has great advances in social matters ICT and Education however several emerging economies take the lead towards the development of their societies in the search for a better quality of life for their nationals with which there are good expectations.
