Registration of the rights to the land plots in Ukraine and Germany

The monograph conducted a comparative legal analysis of administrative legal relations that develop in the field of state registration of rights to land in Germany and Ukraine. The rights and duties of the authorized state bodies subjects of registration procedure on the formation and implementation of legal policy in the sphere of state registration of land rights are characterized. Common and distinctive features of mentioned bodies in Germany and Ukraine are marked. It is proved that some of the organizational and legal issues in this area of relations in Ukraine require legislative and institutional improvement. It is determined that the result of effective formation and realization of state policy in the sphere of legal registration of the rights is to ensure an appropriate level of security for land owners and land users. Ways of improving administrative and legal relations in the sphere of state registration of land rights are outlined.
