Regulation and Practical Problems of Arbitral Tribunal

This work is one of the monographic studies devoted to theoretical and practical problems of arbitration in the Republic of Uzbekistan.The monograph examines the issues of jurisdiction of cases to international commercial arbitration in the Republic of Uzbekistan analyzes the problematic issues of jurisdiction of international commercial arbitration. The formulated scientific and theoretical conclusions practical suggestions and recommendations in the monograph can be used in improving the current legislation preparing relevant draft legal acts the activities of international commercial arbitration as well as scientific and theoretical enrichment of such disciplines as private international law international commercial arbitration.
