Reading and Preaching the Word: Notes and Sermons

With this seventh volume Jan Lambrecht concludes a series that has been published year by year. Most of the notes it contains offer a close reading of the biblical text and an exegetical search for the author's original intention while the sermons invite further meditation. The scriptural texts are mostly taken from the New Testament. An expanded canonical overview of Lambrecht's thirteen most recent volumes is added and also a list of his books in English.
