Reluctant Hero

<p>In <em>Reluctant Hero</em> Book #2 of the Ordinary Hero series Anabar begins his new life as a member of the Semdelan Scouts a secretive band of elite warriors. Anabar proves he has the skills to be successful but violates a key rule of the Scouts: to not draw attention to yourself.</p><p> Banished to a remote posting near the border Anabar is captured by invading group of enemy <em>Ricamar</em> soldiers. While captive Anabar earns his freedom and meets Princess Astrida daughter of the Ricamar king.</p><p>When the Ricamars threaten to begin a war with the Semdelans Anabar is torn between escaping to fight alongside the Scouts and staying to be with the princess. He ultimately decides to risk everything his position his love for the princess and even his life to attempt to prevent the war.</p>
