<p>Grandad keeps forgetting more and more and I worry that soon ... he will forget me too.</p><p>But I know that he loves me and we can still have lots of fun even if our treasured times together will only stay in my memories.</p><p></p><p>Remember for you is based on Nadine Holland's own experiences with her beloved Dad and wanting to help her daughter understand.
