<p>Elizabeth Ben-David believed in the power of prayer. From the moment her husband Nic had woken from a coma and through an extended stay in intensive care at Martha's Vineyard Hospital he hadn't had any recollection of their lives together. All of the memories that they had made together were lost to him.</p><p>Elizabeth did not know how it could be that she was a stranger to the man she loved so fiercely.
