<p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>This journal was inspired by my father and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this journal will be donated towards the research of traumatic brain injuries and dementia.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>As a caregiver I worry something will happen to ME and whoever takes care of him in my absence will not know what to do (such as give him pasta - oh how Dad hates pasta!).</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Whether you're a full-time caregiver a frequent visitor or distant family member I hope this little record-keeping book is helpful.</span></p>
